Age: 34     Staff: 60
Revenue: $3.10 million
Growth: 40 per cent

DEJAN SEO works directly with Google data and offers an extensive modelling system unique to Australia.

The outcome is producing reliable reports for business clients and providing them with optimal keywords to enhance searchability.

Turnover figures for the past financial year stood at $ 3.10 million, up from $2.2 million the previous year.  Petrovic says this was made possible through an “innovative targeting approach.”

The buzzwords at Dejan SEO are strategy and targets, with the team consistently working to isolate the most financially viable targets to bring competitive advantage to clients.

“In the past year in particular, we optimised our marketing spend through more specific targeting solutions, which gave us the ability to focus on things guaranteed to bring return on investment,” says Petrovic.

Founded in 2009 at Eight Mile Plains, Dejan SEO has since expanded to Sydney, Melbourne, Serbia and Croatia to keep up with growing demand.

The business now hosts 60 employees, 20 in Australia and 40 between Serbia and Croatia.  This is 40 per cent increase in two years, and Petrovic has every intention to keep growing business.

“We intend to open another interstate office in the next year, and also offer at least  one new product,” says Petrovic.

The company forecasts 10 per cent revenue growth for this financial year.
